Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a fee to join?
Nope, there is no fee to join! There is just a 1 year minimum commitment. A $50 cancellation fee applies if the membership is cancelled before the 1 year commitment is met.​

What are the pick-up dates?
E-mail will be used for wine club communication so make sure to check your spam/junk folders. You will be notified of the earliest pick-up date for each wine club release via e-mail including any details about any special pick-up events. We kindly ask that all wine club wine be picked up during tasting room hours within 30 days of the earliest pick-up date.
Quarterly pick up dates are anticipated to be around the following dates:
Quarter 1 - End of March
Quarter 2 - End of June
Quarter 3 - End of September
Quarter 4 - End of December

What if I can't make it to the winery on the pick-up date?
The pick-up date will be communicated to wine club members. We will typically have a pick-up party or something planned for our wine club members on this date. If you are not able to make it to the winery on the pick-up date, that is no problem! We just kindly ask that you pick up you wine within 30 days of the pick-up date during tasting room hours.

How am I notified for each quarter's wine pick-up?
E-mail will be used for wine club communication so make sure to check your spam/junk folders. Each quarter's wine club pick-up is called a "release". You will be notified by e-mail when a new "release" is being issued along with the pick-up date, an approximate date your card on file will be charged and the deadline date to customize your order if you choose. Any other pick-up party details will also be provided via e-mail.

How do I cancel my membership?
We will surely miss you but if you wish to cancel your membership, e-mail us at vintageescapeswinery@gmail.com.
If you are cancelling your membership before the 1 year commitment is met, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.

Can I switch to a different club tier at renewal?
(For example, if you are currently a Cru Gang member and wish to renew as a Grand Cru Gang member.)
Yes, if you wish to renew your membership but at a different tier, e-mail us at vintageescapeswinery@gmail.com

Can I add an additional name to my membership?
Yes, you can add 1 additional name to your membership. To add an additional name to your membership, e-mail us their first and last name at vintageescapeswinery@gmail.com. Note that only the name(s) listed on the membership are able to redeem member discounts. An ID will need to be present in order to verify membership.​

Is someone else able to pick up my wine for me?
If you are having someone pick up your wine for you, e-mail us their full name (first and last name) at vintageescapeswinery@gmail.com. The person picking up the wine must be 21 years of age or older.
They will not be able to pick up your wine if we have not been contacted ahead of time with their full name.

Are there shipping charges if I choose to have my quarterly wines shipped?
Yes, if you choose to have your wines shipped, there will be packaging and shipping charges. These charges are determined by the third party shipping company and may be based on the number of bottles being shipped and the shipping destination.

Am I able to customize the wine selection for each quarter's release?
Yes, you have the option to receive the winemaker's curated selection of wines for the quarter's wine release, or customize the selection to include the wines of your choosing. Members will receive an e-mail at the beginning of the month each quarter (March, June, September or December). This e-mail will provide a link to customize the selection, along with the deadline date to do so. You will have approximately one week to customize your order. Customizations must be made prior to the deadline date stated or the order will default to the winemaker's curated selection.

When will my credit/debit card be charged for the quarter's wine club order?
Payment will be processed about 2 to 2 1/2 weeks before the earliest pick-up date. This allows time to identify and correct any payment issues that may occur on wine club orders. Anticipate payment to be processed sometime between the 10th & 15th of the quarter's month (March, June, September or December).
