Weddings & All-Day Full Property Rental

The information below is for weddings or all-day rental of the full property. If you're looking for hourly rental for a corporate celebration or private party, go to the Hourly Rental page. 
Please contact us to inquire about availability for renting the winery for your private event.
Things to Know:
  • "All-day" rental of the full property is available Fridays 12pm-9pm, Saturdays 10am-9pm and Sundays 10am-6pm.
  • Full outdoor space can accommodate 200+ guests.
  • The outdoor pavilion can accommodate up to 80 seated guests with the outdoor tables and chairs provided. More guests can be accommodated with other seating arrangements.
  • Indoor tasting room can accommodate up to 50 seated guests or 60 mingling guests at a time.
  • You choose and reserve your own caterer or food truck.  (Note: Caterers must be self-sufficient and provide their own tables, equipment and any needed equipment for cooling/heating.)
  • You choose and reserve rental for your choice of tents, podium, decorations, additional tables & chairs, etc.
  • You choose to rent tables and chairs if you wish to have different or additional tables and chairs than what we have available.
  • We are more than willing to work with you and consider special requests that we may be able to provide for your special event.
*Pricing is subject to change. There may be additional charges for special requests.
      Examples: (1) Rental for a Saturday in June is $3,000.  (2) Rental for a Friday in April is $1,500.

  • No charge for professional pictures taken on the property - including vineyard and lakeview!

  • Ability to bring in your own food, caterer or food truck.

  • Personal decorations are allowed, including outdoor event tents & chairs.

  • We are also willing to consider special requests that you may have. Inquire with us and we would love to work with you on how we can make your experience memorable and enjoyable


  • Reservation must be made at least two months prior to event.

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the rental fee is due with a signed copy of the rental agreement to reserve the day and time.

    • A credit card will be put on file at this time for any non-payment or incidentals as listed and described in the rental agreement.

  • Full rental payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event. (Paid in person or by phone.)

  • $1,000 minimum bar tab for the day.

  • All beverages, including alcohol, pop, juice, etc. must be purchased from us and are put towards the minimum bar tab.

  • Wine is served by the glass only. Beer is served by the can.

  • 20% service charge applied to all charges, including rental fees and bar tab.

  • Venue rental fees may be made by cash or credit card. A 3.99% credit card fee will be applied to payments made by credit card. 

  • A refundable security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to the event.

  • Bar tab must be paid the day of the event.

  • No outside alcoholic beverages allowed. If outside alcohol is brought in by any of the guests, the security deposit will be surrendered and the renting party will be charged $250 for each offense. 

  • There will be a $100 convenience fee for special requests of alcohol that we do not currently serve at the winery. The renting party will be charged for all product ordered, at our per-serving retail price, whether it's all used or not. Minimum quantities of special alcohol orders may also apply. (Note that we cannot allow any alcohol to leave the premises other than off-sale purchases of Vintage Escapes Winery wines.)  

  • Clean up must be completed immediately.

  • Any cleanup or event continuation that exceeds 60 minutes beyond the agreed rented time will result in an additional $250/hour rental fee.

  • Any set-up or preparation time that ends up being used outside of the rental hours listed in the rental agreement will accrue an additional $250/hour rental fee.

  • No glitter, confetti or fake rose petals.

  • Pets are allowed outside, but no pets allowed in the tasting room. Pets must be friendly, leashed, accompanied and picked up after.

  • Additional details will be provided in the rental agreement.
